We have special guests on the show that are leaders in their businesses or industry, from the state and local level, to widely known people who love LAND! Many members of our Southeastern Land Group team come from a variety of diverse backgrounds and offer their expertise in these areas.
Our goal each week, is to inform and educate our audience, on all topics related to LAND, while having a good time along the way. Thank you for listening to the show!
A native Alabamian from St. Clair County, Brian enjoys living the LAND LIVING LIFESTYLE with his wife, Sarah and their two sons, Bruce and John Patton, in Camp Hill, Alabama. Living between the growth areas of Auburn/Opelika and Lake Martin, he understands the desire to live on your own land while also enjoying the conveniences of being close to town. As a REALTOR, this understanding allows him to relate very well to sellers and buyers of this type of property and desired way of living.
Along with being a REALTOR, Brian is also a Registered Forester and leads the Timber Sales Division at Southeastern Land Group. Having this unique skillset has provided tremendous value to his clients and their timberland investing management strategies. Being able to provide the education and experience needed, for both the real estate and timber dynamics of land, is extremely satisfying to him.
Brian enjoys serving his family, church, community, and his clients with their selling and buying needs.
Our goal for the show is to use this platform to help educate and inform our listeners about the Lord’s blessing of LAND, for all of us to be good stewards of, and to enjoy, while having some laughs and making new friends along the way.
Cary grew up in Alabama where his days were spent fishing the banks of Lake Martin, hunting, and working summers at the family hardware store. His professional journey has taken him through a diverse range of industries, from corporate and charter aviation to non-profit youth ministries, with roles at Sprint Nextel, Sea Air Charter Service, and Mt. Bethel UMC. After earning his MBA, he worked in Revenue Management at Delta Air Lines.
Now serving as the Georgia Broker, Cary brings his passion for land and the outdoors to every client he works with. He lives in Newnan, Georgia, with his wife, Kelsey, and their three children. As active members of Trinity Fellowship Church and coach of his children’s little league baseball and softball teams, they spend their weekends at the ballfields or hiking nearby trails. Cary looks forward to helping you find or sell the perfect piece of land—whether it's for recreation, investment, or your own place to put down roots.
